WeatherWise just completed installing a new heating and cooling system for us, and we couldn’t be happier. We chose them because they’re a small, family-owned company with an excellent 4.8-star rating — and they definitely lived up to it. Dan was great to work with — knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. He answered all my questions and simply said to let him know if we decided to move forward, which I really appreciated. His pricing was also very fair and competitive. The installation team, Alfredo and Efrain, did an outstanding job. They laid protective floor coverings from the garage to the utility room to keep everything clean and completed a very professional installation. I highly recommend WeatherWise for anyone looking for honest service and quality workmanship.

Terrible service, overcharging, and no accountability – avoid Weatherwise. Check Yelp reviews too, not just Google! I’ve used them before through my landlord for maintenance, which was fine, but when we tried them after moving, they were terrible at diagnostics and customer service. They did not take any responsibility for their mistakes—I was misled, sold a part I didn’t need, and we ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem ourselves. I want a refund for the unnecessary part and labor. Update 11/6: On 10/29 I called Al back after work when he called me but he didn’t pick up or call me back afterwards. Awesome service. Very friendly. We’ve been using weatherwise for a few years now and was easily able to get someone out to look at a broken duct or to do a quick heater cleaning when it wasn’t running well without any emergency fees. They are very communicative and have an awesome “set it and forget it” maintenance plan for your annual heating andcooling maintenance where they will contact you in the spring and fall to schedule the cleanings. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.

The service was amazing from this family owned business. Nothing but professionals throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what was being done and why. I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail.
