Excellent customer service on a repair that was done for a double pane storm glass window. The shattered window once returned to me looked brand new and I was very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend ANY services offered due to the responsiveness of the owner and his team and the great pricing for an emergency situation regarding a broken window.

I can't comment on the work done by Weaver Glass but I can comment on customer service. I contacted them on 6/10 about repair of a broken pane in a 9 pane interior door. Spoke to a nice person, Alicia, who assured me that Dave would be calling me for more information & to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, I called every day until Friday, 6/14 and never received a call back from Dave. Maybe the job is too small and not worth their while BUT customer service is key these days. A call back is a simple courtesy that should be exercised even if it's to tell a customer the job is too small.. Needed a broken window sash repaired, brought the sash in to be measured for replacement glass. After the glass was ordered and received by WG I scheduled a follow up appointment to have the glass installed. I was told to come in at 1pm, but to be sure not to arrive early since they are on lunch from noon to 1pm. Arrived at 1:10pm, no one there... Waited in my truck for 20 minutes, went back to the store, no one there... Was hoping they'd realize they'd missed my appt and call to reschedule, no one did... Brought the window sash back during their posted business hours, no one there... Horrible customer experience and about to give up and bring my business elsewhere, feel free to call me to reschedule...

After having an emergency situation with my picture window. I reached out to Weaver Glass. David not only made me feel confident that he could do the job. He assured me that it would be done right. I am very happy that I found out about this company. I can not be more happy with the service and product that I received. I am happy I have a window/glass company that I can refer to all my friends and family. They really just treat you fair and do business the right way. Thank you
