Very nice friendly people

Very poor customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone. Leave messages and get no response. After trying for weeks I finally got someone to pick up. I tell him my problem and am told I'll be put on the repair list and they would be out in a few days. Nobody came. When I finally got someone to answer the phone again, I asked when they would be coming and was told "Thursday ". I waited all day....Nobody came. Extremely aggravating. Like your problem doesn't matter to them.

Great when Paul was there. Stopped in store 6 times and asked for service. No response. Ordered pool cover but no idea when it would be installed. Loyal customer for 20 years. Now moving on.

Weaver's Pool was extremely helpful. My pool kept blowing hoses and I called many different pool supply companies and none of them had an answer for my situation ( or even cared to be helpful)but Weaver pools went out of their way to give me advice and a solution. Thank You!!!

Called twice over 7 days to make an appointment to look at a hot tub and no one returned my call. Third call said mailbox was full. This is a good clue on service response time.. Moving on to other dealer.
