This is one of the best AC repair companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Laura is so personable when you call. Everyone of the technicians is super knowledgeable. They take their time to explain things in a very easy to understand manner. They are kind and patient. I love them so much I have them care for my mother’s AC unit also.

We used Webster to install a new HVAC system after our 16 year old one bit the dust. Quoted rates were much more affordable than other AC companies we contacted. The installation team was very fast and efficient and had all the old equipment removed and new system installed in around 5 hours (including lunch!). Happy to have a working AC system now, and I highly recommend Webster for HVAC needs.

Highly recommend Webster Heating & Cooling! From start to finish their customer service was world class. I had to reschedule 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment window due to something at work popping up, and they were beyond accommodating. When Kevin arrived, he was professional & kind. I explained the issue to him, and he made sure to explain what he was looking at and what was wrong once found. Fixed the problem in no-time and even told me about a future problem that may occur with my system so I can watch out for it. I’ll be working exclusively with this family owned business from here on out - they know what they’re doing & they care about what they’re doing.
