We just bought a new house and the technician who came out was friendly, professional, and timely. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I feel so much better knowing my new home is safe for my young kids and aging parents. Because of their excellent service, expertise, and genuine friendliness, I’ll be a lifelong Weir’s customer! Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Weir Pest Services for years and can’t recommend them enough. I’ve worked directly with Paul and Aaron, and they’ve consistently provided top-notch service every time. They handle mosquito control at both my parents’ home and my own, and they’ve also done pest control for my business. No matter the location or situation, they act fast, communicate clearly, and get the job done right. They’re professional, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. Ive been renting a townhouse for roughly 5 years now. We've had pest guys come and when the management switched to Weir it just wasn't pleasant. Bugs have NOT been an issue. I CAN say that. However the guy that's been here the last two years didn't have any manners. He just let himself in without knocking the first time and then proceeds to make comments about my home. This time I was waiting by the door and everything was fine until he reaches my refrigerator and starts making comments about the Dominos magnets on my refrigerator telling me to stay away from there ,that its horrible. Hello?? I work there and have been for years!! Be careful what you say. Other than that they're prompt and no bugs!! But please be more professional. You are inside someone's home!!!

I don’t claim to be any better than anyone else, but my personal interaction with the owner outside of his business left a very sour impression. He came across as an aggressive drinker and was disruptive and dismissive toward the people around him, myself included. Everyone has their moments, but the way he conducted himself made me genuinely hope he doesn’t run his business with the same lack of respect or awareness that he showed that night. Character matters, especially when you represent a business in this community. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t suggest working with this individual or any business he represents.

I had a great experience with Meranda from Weir. She arrived on time on time and was precise in her inspection, good mannered throughout, knowledgable about the best treatment options, and patient with all my questions. She explained what she was doing, why it mattered, and where traps/seals would be most effective. I felt listened to and informed, and the work was done carefully and neatly. Excellent service.
