Welcom Design & Remodeling

Our kitchen remodel was way overdue. On recommendation of friends we stopped by Welcom to just see what they had to offer. Alex was more than happy to work with us, coming up with some great ideas for our new kitchen. He turned our wishlist into reality, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Everything came together easily, and his crews were on time and courteous. The whole experience couldn't have went better! Thanks to all those involved, we couldn't be happier.

We loved our experience with Allie and Welcom! She did a great job helping us find our style, locate materials and worked with us every step of the way. The crew that worked at our house was incredibly neat and never left a mess or any debris, even with having to go through the master bedroom constantly. Everyone that touched our bathroom was professional, kind and I had no worries being home alone with the crew. Our bathroom is absolutely amazing now! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom!

My wife and I moved to Summerville, SC in January of 2015 and bought a very ordinary house with a less than ordinary kitchen. We had talked about replacing it and 2017 became the year. We met the people from Welcom Cabinets at a Home and Garden Expo at the Exchange Park and were impressed with both the people and the exhibits they displayed. The next week we met with them at their office and they worked with us to help choose the style of the cabinets and countertops, as well as to create a more efficient kitchen layout. The whole process was easier than we had expected. It was several weeks before everything arrived at their shop and they were ready to install our kitchen. In just one day they had the old cabinets and countertops out and in our garage. This was not the "sledge hamm

They came, measured the room and after I called to meet about the design they saw us for about an hour and a half. The design had very little of what we talked about. And they did not even put in an item I really wanted done. They gave us a "rough" estimate of 60K. We discussed the changes and I wanted them to add a window. We never heard back and I am not wasting my time trying to make contact again. I was told by a coworker some companies try to 'price you out". They will give you a high estimate instead of just saying no. If that is the case I would have much preferred to just be told they were not taking new clients. We moved stuff around just for the two appointments and I could have used that time looking for other contractors.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from Welcom in 2008. We have been very happy with the product for 15 years now! This week our kitchen trash can slide broke and I was scrambling to get a new one prior to a Christmas party at our home this week. Alex was very helpful and replaced the broken hinge at no charge....that is customer service!!! I bought these 15 years ago and they still stand by their product. That is a huge Vote of confidence in Welcom.
