Working with Well done was the best renovation experience we have had. They finished the first and main area of our basement. Ricardo was an excellent communicator, prompt, and the team he worked with did an amazing job. Everyone was great about keeping the work space clean which allowed us to stay in our place during the renovation. If you are looking for a contractor who is amazing to work with, reasonable & fair, and does incredible work - you’ve come to the right place! Ricardo renovated our living room, laundry room, wine cellar, and mudroom area and the finished product is phenomenal. Ricardo understands that renovations can be stressful - he ensured the demo set-up maintained our privacy (I’ve never seen such a meticulous demo set-up ever - it was a work of art in itself), he was on site nearly everyday, and he was always extremely responsive and easy to work with. Ricardo and his team not only did amazing work but they also were diligent about cleaning up our house & restoring it to pre-renovation cleanliness. We loved our experience with Ricardo and will work with him again on future home projects!
