Sebastian and his team are our go-to for home repairs/projects big or small! We have hired Welmark Construction to add an inlaw addition to our home in 2021. Had our front & back decks redone, added a deck onto our pool, and redid our bathroom last year. Each project is handled throughly and thoughtfully. Would highly recommend Welmark for all construction/remodel projects.

Sebastian did a full home remodel including kitchen/living room, 3 bathrooms, trim and doors, flooring, new deck and a sunroom addition below the deck. He is trustworthy, experienced, but more importantly, you can rely on him to finish the job. I would highly recommend him/Welmark construction.

Sebastian replaced a large window and several exterior doors for us. They use high quality materials and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb. The replacement work fits perfectly and is better than the original pieces. Better craftsmanship all around! Excellent communication. Got back to us quickly. Better prices, materials and craftsmanship than 2 large well known companies. They also designed and built a large deck for us. We highly recommend them. Sebastian did some large projects at my home. He added a new two car garage, converted an old two car garage into livable space, and he replaced my deck. The work looks great. He was responsive throughout the projects. He follow-through with all work requested. I am happy with everything done!
