I've been using West Carpets for over 30 years, for all our personal and business needs, their service, choice of carpets and other flooring solutions is fantastic. I appreciate the staff, from one of the owners Madeline, who helped me choose my carpet, and Cindy office contact person. The installers were very careful, skillful, and helpful with the furniture. We are very happy with the final results. The color is bright, just the look I hoped for.

Everything was smooth as glass. Went to the store. Cindy helped me pick out my rug in 10 minutes. Lynn Explained the measuring and came to measure the next week. My carpet was installed today. The guys were efficient and even insisted on vacuuming. Perfection.

Ordered carpet for my living room, dining room, hallway and two sets of stairs from West Carpet. The salespeople were very helpful and nice when we shopped. Lots of choices and various price ranges to fit every budget. A representative came out the next day to measure and I was given a time frame between ordering and installation. Within a couple of days they called to set up an installation date—the carpeting I picked was available. A little more than a week later, my carpet was installed. The installers were very nice and worked so hard. They were very respectful of my property and very polite and courteous. It was so easy working with them! This was not the first time we used West Carpets. Each time we were happy with our total experience from start to finish. Pete and Adelle are extremely pleasant to work with. Great selection of carpeting and flooring, hardworking crew, and installation was done to perfection each time. We look forward to working with them again in the future. What a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a relative. I was allowed to take home samples and see the carpeting in my own home. I touched and felt it before it was ever installed. Pete came out and measured, the guys came in and installed in two days. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very very professional.
