West Plume Street Garage

We parked here for our visit at Nauticus which is right across the street. Easy to get in and out. Affordable parking fee. Paid $3 for 4 hours during a holiday weekend (MLK day). Make sure to park above the 5th level where there's more spaces for the public. The levels below were mostly reserved spots. If you use the stairs facing the museum, you can get a great picture of the battleship USS Wisconsin.

We came here to park before going to the Nauticus. Run by the city government, it's pretty cheap at 3 dollars for us when we came in and stayed for a few hours. The bottom 5 floors are for the residents next door so make sure you park on a non reserved spot. The stairs are mildly clean, but it gets the job done. Didn't take the elevator so you will have to find that out yourself. Overall, a very good parking garage, park here for easy access to downtown Norfolk.

This is a very convenient parking location within easy walk distance of most Norfolk waterfront attractions. The lower levels are mostly reserved for tenants of the adjoining office complex, so keep going up. Pro tip, from the 9th floor stairway you can get amazing photos of the battleship.

This is where we start our sat night skate adventures!!!! Great location to just skate from car throughout downtown... check Benny's pizza put on the corner of plume b4 you go bk to your car!!!

Didn't specifically have a bad experience, but I do want to share that you have to go about five floors up if you're going to be staying in the area for more than 3 hours because it's all reserve parking and 3-hour visitor parking on the lower floors.
