Wonderful experience from beginning to end! John was great on the initial inspection and quote. Very informative, knowledgeable and no pressure. From quote to installation was less than a week. Installation took 8 hours and the end result is amazing. Big props to the two professionals, Franco and Ahman. Incredibly personable and extremely detail orientated. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. First class company from beginning to end! I don’t highly recommend, I say with vigor, this is the ONLY company to utilize!

Love our new shower! Gabriel and Shea did a fantastic job: they arrived on time, were polite and professional, and worked efficiently (and nonstop), until the job was finished. They gave us a thorough explanation of the process and answered all of our questions. We’d also like to give a shout-out to Jacob (the sales rep. who came to our home initially to take measurements, etc.) - he was very helpful, and coordinated the whole process smoothly to ensure the job got done quickly. We can highly recommend Westshore Homes - the staff were a pleasure to work with, and they delivered a quality product with quality workmanship.

The sales experience with Emanuel was very thorough and detailed without high pressure. We elected to do a full bath remodel and a second project to remodel a tub shower. The crew of Walter and Kyle showed up on time and worked diligently all daily while giving me constant updates about what was going on and allowing me to see the progress. Walter returned the second day along with Andrew and all work was completed on time. The projects look as good as expected. The crew took care not to damage walls or floors when moving in and out of the house and did a great job cleaning up before leaving. This was a very good experience, leaving my wife and I are very satisfied with our decision to go with Westshore.

West Shore Atlanta did a bathroom project for me. I was a little hesitant at first because you hear about some many projects ending up becoming nightmares. I must say that it went better than I thought. The team Drew and Cameron Rice, arrived ahead of schedule, introduced themselves, went over the task that was being done. Those two young men did an outstanding job of collaborating together and getting the work completed in a timely manner. We communicate from beginning to end. I asked questions, they gave answers. I thought maybe I was getting on their nerves but they welcome me to ask anything I was not sure about. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they were doing.
