1) they didn't do the good job. 2) bad customer service. In late of the May, Our A/C was having a not cooling problem. LJ Air ( now it is part of Westcoast Mechanical Contractors, LLC.) came to fix this problem, he replaced our A/C TXV and added the refrigerant. He charged us for total at $1640!!!. But it turned out, he didn't fixed the problem at all!! Two moths later, the A/C is having a same problem again.... i tried to contact TJ, but got a message said he is out of country and another contact information for Westcoast Mechanical Contractors, LLC. So i reached out to Westcoast Mechanical Contractors, LLC, the reply I got from Westcoast Mechanical Contractors, LLC was they "don’t have anyone to come out ...." and when i asked when they will be available ... no response anymore! Spent
