Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service, more than fair price, accommodating and professional- I cannot recommend this company enough. We have a fairly long driveway that has been in need of re-graveling but have held off due to worry about cost and sourcing a reliable supplier, yet didn’t want to go through another winter of tracking in mud. We recently had Western Grade re-gravel/level our self storage facility drive isles. They were available to answer our questions, and maintained communication with us throughout the project. We recommend to contact Tim/Juli at Western Grade for any asphalt/gravel projects.

I ordered 25 yards of cinders from this company. I was told they would call me to set up a date for delivery. I spoke with Paul twice, and both times asked about a delivery date and he did not give me one. Then they attempted to deliver while I was asleep (night shift worker) and left me numerous messages saying they were here and where was I. I told them that had they told me ahead of time, (like I had been told was going to happen) I would have been ready for them. They the gave me a date. The delivery driver was polite and the cinders were exactly what and how much I wanted. The price I was charged was $50 more than the total I had been given on the phone. Western Grade, is an excellent place to buy all your yard, garden and road building materials. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Western Grade always donated to all the our community fund raisers and stepped-up to the plate when we needed materials (for the students play-ground) to eliminate a muddy situation at the schools.
