Western Land Improvement

Pictures are worth a 1000 words! We recently purchased this property and it needed to be demolished. After several quotes we decided to go with Alex. This was not an easy job as you can see. Alex worked so hard to get this taken care of. He is a dedicated contractor and near perfectionist.

Alex did a great job for us. I have hired lots of people in the past for all sorts of projects. and know from experience how important it is to find someone that thinks through the entire process before they ever start digging… There are a lot of contractors and excavators out there that just get started and figure it out as they go but it can lead to huge problems. The 2 times I have hired him he takes a good amount of time before he ever even gets started on the project to think through things like drainage and angles and if he digs something in one spot, How would it affect another spot etc… It’s so crucial to find somebody that takes the time to think through the entire project and discuss with homeowner before they start up their excavator. Alex is not only incredibly talented with his machines. But equally efficient. We couldn't have hoped for better results than what he delivered. On top of that, he was as professional and friendly as it gets. Highly recommend Western Land Improvement! We will absolutely be using him again for future projects.
