We just finished the cabinet design and ordering process for our kitchen renovation, and Erin at Western States Cabinets has been awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to help us achieve our vision and really paid attention to the details and made sure we saw all our options before making any decisions, which we really appreciated. He was super communicative and always kept us updated on where things stood from ordering to delivery. The cabinets look great and are great quality, the pricing was very fair, and overall we’ve had a smooth and stress-free experience so far. We started our planning for a kitchen renovation with Erin at the San Dimas store in spring 2025, began the demolition with Mike the contractor (recommended by Erin) in February '26, and completed the job mid-March. It's not a complaint about the amount of time; rather, it was the patience of Erin as we pondered what we wanted and needing to replace some molding at the end which Erin readily did. Erin provided several layouts through CAD and revised them as we evaluated different types and arrangements of cabinets. When we neared our final decision, he did a detailed review of all the parts and pieces in an hour plus conversation. Overall, we feel we got quality in both the cabinets and service.
