We had this company install our sun tubes in the house years ago, it was done very well and we were very happy. Recently, one of the tubes started transmitting less light so I called Westers (got to voicemail) if anything can be done about it. The same day they returned my call, and 24 hours later Will was in the house with his tools, he quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it - at no charge!
