Eric did great, he showed me what he was going to do. He reviewed the photos he took with his camera. He suggested that the heat exchanger needed replace because of the age of the system. He went over some of the choices we can take. We decided to replace the whole system because it’s 30 years old. No pressure, he emailed me the photos and information about each choice. Five Star Home Services just installed two complete air conditioning units and furnaces for us, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Bryan from the sales/service team came out twice to diagnose my 24 year old system and gave multiple customized options I didn’t know existed. Complete professional! The installation crew including Brandon, Jerrick, Zane and David and Mike arrived on time, treated our house with care, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They worked seamlessly together, kept everything clean and organized. They had a smile the whole time despite being over 90 degrees in the house. They took the time to explain everything, including my new thermostats, and all the equipment is running perfectly, and the difference in comfort is already noticeable

The technician communicated with us and arrived within the time promised. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He offered a variety of solutions to the issue and will follow up with repair.

Five Star technician’s Brandon and Heman did a great installation of my Carrier equipment. Extra attention to detail was used when running the wiring, the line set, the PVC piping and the placement of the equipment in straight lines and in very neatly wrapped packages. They explained the system and allowed us to ask questions and cleaned up before they left. I am very glad we called Five Star for the installation.

They work seven days a week and had a guy at my house on Sunday by 2pm. He had the bad part in our super old AC unit in his van, swapped it out quickly, and we were back to comfortable in the same day. He also priced a full new unit and furnace, and ran over some financing options with me as part of the service. I just might do it.
