Westford Custom Floors

We hired Westford Custom Floors to install new carpet in bedrooms and to refinish the hardwood in the downstairs, stair treads, and upstairs hallway of the house we had just purchased. We unexpectedly discovered an issue with one of the downstairs floors, and ended up having to replace the hardwood. I was blown away by how helpful and accommodating they were, especially given the last minute change to our flooring needs. We were able to get everything finished and resolved before our move in date. Everyone was professional, responsive, and we are so pleased with how everything came out.

After being hung up on by the last flooring place was very happy to talk with Westford Custom Floors who helped me to locate what I was looking for as it was relates to floors. He was very nice and very helpful and today I find that very important.

We used WCF to replace our upstairs carpet with wood. They had some great maple flooring options and were super chill with letting us take samples home. They were easy to communicate with over the phone or email. The prices were outstanding and installation, which is non-trivial with prefinished hardwood, was done by a team that was led by a master carpenter and very reasonably priced.

My wife and I had hardwood floors installed in the second floor of our house. John is a great guy, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. The price was competitive and fair. The installation was relatively smooth and the few small things that came up were addressed without issue. We were concerned about limited reviews online, but are happy we decided to go with Westford Custom Floors.

Westford Custom Floors did two rooms in our home. A small office and a large den. I read the reviews prior to ordering and noted one reviewer's comments about after the sale service. However, one reviewer does not convince me that an actual problem exists, and my experience with Westford Custom Floors was outstanding. We had challenges as could be expected with any such work. However, when difficulties with the carpet we had chosen for our larger room became apparent, they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my wife and I were happy. They handled the difficulty exceedingly well. I was very pleased with the result and would order from them again.
