The parking pass was valid from 7AM to 1AM the next day. At 12:30AM I arrive to get my car and the garage was locked. The number on the door tried to extort $100 to open the garage. This constituted a breach of the original contract. After attempting to contract the garage owner via intercom, they told me they were not going to allow me access into the garage. The onsite security guard countermanded their decision and allowed me access but the unethical hostage taking efforts by the garage owners have thus nullified the contract we had and therefore they are no longer entitled to the payment. This can all be verified with computer and video surveillance records.

Avoid using this parking lot if you can. It's extremely expensive and the hours are only posted in fine print after you've already pulled into the garage. I was out late to see a concert and when I returned at 1 AM to retrieve my car, the parking garage was closed and overnight parking is an up-charge of 70 dollars. Only then did I see very tiny text that said "Open 6 AM - 10 PM." Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this parking lot.

Extremely unsafe to park in. The lanes are reversed and many people seem to ignore/forget that. Additionally the turns are VERY sharp and narrow. People try to speed through turns and the risk of being hit is way too high.

Once again, a parking garage in a circle, you have to go to the very top parking level to get a good parking spot. The parking garage is not attached to the hotel. You have to walk outside in front of the valet booth to go into the hotel
