Westside Building and Restoration did an excellent job from start to finish. The project included multiple kitchen updates, and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident every day. Everything was done with care, attention to detail, and a clear respect for my home. The crew was professional, reliable, and easy to have in the house. Communication throughout the project was strong, and the owner was especially pleasant and understanding when I requested a few unplanned changes along the way. Our storm door recently nearly flew off the base due to strong winds in our area. My husband called and they sent a repairman within 24 hours. I was working, but could hear Mike set up and get to work. He was diligent and precise. I say this because the initial installation was done by Lowe's and it was done poorly. I wanted Mike and team to know not only did you repair our door but actually reworked someone's mess. EXCELLENT! We are very appreciative. Thank you so much.

My husband and I have engaged Westside Building and Restoration on 2 major projects on our 1910 colonial house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The first was the entire replacement of a partially collapsed plaster ceiling with sheet rock. The crew took such great care in their work--from the removal of furniture to the installation of the new ceiling and the repainting of both ceiling and walls. Westside recently removed an ice dam that had water leaking into our house. His team came quickly and removed the dam and ice. We then requested they further insulate our attic. They did a great job. They also installed roof heating wires to prevent further ice dams. Workers and owner Alan were very courteous and informed. I highly recommend this company.

They delivered excellent quality of work from start to finish. Their professionalism was obvious and how organizing and respectful the team was. The communication was clear and consistent, So there was no surprises. The job was completed with great timelines, And they maintained impressive, cleanliness throughout the project.
