Mike came out today to service our fire extinguishers and emergency lights. He was very courteous and professional. He was on time, worked quickly, and he explained what was done. Would recommend this company and we are planning to continue to have them come out to handle the maintenance.

Another great experience with Westminster Fire Extinguisher Company. Barry came out and took care of all our emergency lights. We needed an electrician to finish the job. They came out immediately and took care of everything neatly and professionally. Thank you again Barry. Would highly recommend this company. Prompt and courteous service. Prices are very reasonable.

We not only use their security systems, but our fire systems are also integrated with their service, as well as our telephone system which their technician Mike S. is extremely knowlegeable about. Why call them???? They just tell you they will call you back to schedule a service and don't bother doing so. I own a business and understand things get busy and tasks drop through the cracks... so I gave them 3 opportunities to engage. I called them, was very pleasant and forgiving of their lack of responsiveness and what did I receive in return........ more unresponsiveness. If you can't run your business responsibly, then close your doors

Wanted to have a fire extinguisher filled. Had to speak to Kristen for a price. Was told that I had to leave a message and she would call me back. Five hours later, still no call. I called again, explained the situation and was told to leave another message. I said no, and asked if anyone else could give me a price. Lady said she would transfer me to George, the department manager and he could get me a price. Came back and said that I would have to leave a message. Excellent way to do business. Never again!
