Wharf Parking Garage 1 - Blair Alley Entrance

Entered garage with it marked about 50 spots left, but couldn't find any for 25 mins and had to pay $10 for it. Ended up going to another garage 5 mins down the road. I noticed there were a good amount of spot markers lit green while cars were parked under so I think that causes the inflated number of open spots. I'd recommend if it lists below 50 spots open to just go somewhere else.

Horrible experience here. The problem was not that there were no spots, the problem was the numerous signs saying there were. When I arrived to the garage, it said this row had 19 available, another had 12, etc. I drove in circles for over 20 minutes through the entire garage and did not see a single opening. After I gave up, I owed $6 for my troubles. Garage is also extremely narrow which makes it tough to maneuver quickly, causing a lot of traffic in certain areas as well.

Great place and a very convenient parking garage when going to The Wharf. Parking fees and parking time at garage entrance #1, range from time 0-24 Hours All Day. Parking prices start at ($2 for seafood orders if you get your parking pass stamped) and the other parking fees are based on the amount of time your vehicle stayed in the parking garage. Garage parking fees starts at $5, $10, $25, $35, and up to $45 max. The height restrictions for vehicles are 7’-8” tall.

Spent 20 minutes driving around looking for parking and not a single spot was open even though they had signs indicating open spots that weren't there. I spent $10 to waste my time. They really need employees to warn people that parking is full instead of scamming people out of money.

Positive - Convenient to the Anthem. Open 24 hrs Negative - Very expensive. Lots of restrictions. Have to read the signs on the columns carefully.
