Lots of spaces, clean, well lit and security do rounds intermittently. Biggest cons-- Blink charging for EV is super slow (trickle charging) and half of the stations are out of order. They're free though; second con is that daily $ rates reset at 4am, so it's not a true 24hrs. It's also $60 a day, so if you stay at the hotels here for 1 night, it's $120 to park.

Negative stars if I could. Single worst parking garage I've ever used, in any major city. Poor entrance markings & low visibility. They do NOT take credit cards on the way in, you have to get a ticket. Why?! This means when it is time to leave, you have to go to a pay station, of which there is only ONE per parking garage. Not one per floor, ONE TOTAL. The pricing is heavily skewed against short term parking; it's the same charge for 4 hours as it is for up to 24 hours. You see other complaints on here about how there are no spots, well this is why. If you're going to park for more than 2-3 hours, might as well just park all day and walk around, it's the same cost. If you lose your ticket, they charge you full price, $60 for 24 hours. I was just going to be in and out, but it looks like I'm taking up a spot for the whole day. Also, the spot counters include valet-only spots. There is never more than 1 spot open, and you're not going to get it. It would take less time to walk over from the Mall.

This parking garage is a fire hazard and is not ADA compliant. Not a SINGLE elevator works in this parking garage unless you have a FOB key, which is ridiculous because 90% of the traffic going in and out is from people who are not residents. And before anyone comes at me - I have a bad ankle and literally walked up to every elevator station attempting to find one that works, and not a single one did. Additionally, most of the stairwells are also locked and inaccessible unless you are a resident. So if there's a fire, is everyone else just SOL? Seeing as the elevators and stairwells are LOCKED - you'd think they have safe areas for pedestrians to walk. NOPE. Not only is this garage so narrow you can barely slide past another car, but there are also pedestrians walking to and fro. So you're

Do not go into this parking lot if it says there are less than ~50 spots. 20 of them are reserved for valet and ~10 are for EVs, and then it is very difficult to turn around or leave and it gets so crowded on evenings. Save yourself the trouble.
