We are not local all year round. This recent storm took a toll on our vacation beach home.we were told James and Michael went around and surveyed the damage and we got a call from Pam with a report of damages. Thabkfully just alot of tree limbs down and no real damage. We were very surprised to realize they did this without anyone asking and we appreciated it! to know that they are willing to help keep an eye on your properties when your not even there is amazing .. we love whartons and all hard working guys

I contacted Whartons for a landscaping plan.over a month ago. James Warren came out and was very impressive. He said he would have a plan and price in a week. After two weeks we called the office and spoke to Jennifer. Shs said he would get back to us. A week later I called and again Jennifer said he would contact us. I called again and she said he wound get back to us by the end of the day. James never contacted us and now I wasted over 6 weeks with the promises of Whartons. I would NEVER use them. If they were that busy…tell us and be honest. But when you set the expectation that you will get back to us and don’t respond. Horrible customer service. My neighbor had a similar experience. Now I am left with to scramble to find someone.

James came out 5 weeks ago. Said he’d have an estimate “‘mid next week”. That never happened. I went in person at the two week mark and left a message for James with Mindy. He never called. Then I called back at the three and four week mark and they had absolutely no reason why he never got back to me. If the job is too small tell me. If you’re too busy tell me. Don’t let me burn 5 weeks because of your shoddy work ethic. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the store and will never return again.

Our landscape was done professionally when we moved in 6 years ago but has since become overgrown and out of control. James came out to evaluate our needs. He did not rush and looked over our shrubs and trees. He made recommendations and we accepted. The crew arrived when scheduled on time and finished the project in 1 and half days. They took out large trees, planted new shrubs and trimmed existing shrubs to perfection. Our landscaping is new and fresh again and best of all we have shrubs and bushes that will not overpower our 1 story house. I would highly recommend Wharton’s for all your landscaping needs.
