I usually go to their Union City store and have always had a pleasant experience. I needed to find a 50 gallon Bradford white water heater in the area on short notice. I had called a few places in the area before calling WHCI and though the other store told me they had one for a cheap price they did not end up having it on site. Unfortunately they did not tell me this until I had arrived to their store. I then called WHCI and was instantly helped by a very knowledgeable person who was able to get me what I needed quickly. I then arrived to the store about 10 minutes later and they had already pulled the items I needed and had it waiting at will call for me.
