Cool place to unload. They got me in and out in bout 1.5 hours. They have a scale on sight and it was an easy process. The staff was cool and scaled out and left. Wouldn't mind coming back to unload. They have an efficient process.

I’m building a house in collinsville, snd wheeler delivered metal for me and my fence guy to build the fence, I’m on vacation and Colby my guy doing my fence messaged me and says the delivery guy didn’t listen to us, ran over the water well backing out of the driveway. I called Wheeler, of course they wanted photos so I sent in the photos of the damage done, and said you all need to fix it. And I was told, you can’t prove it was us. And my thoughts are… when you’re put on hold, it says we are a family owned business and have the integrity to do the right thing. Well the right thing would say Colby was the driver he did run over your water main and smashed it. We will fix this, and the lady I spoke with said it wasn’t us and Colby said it wasn’t him. When I got there and finally made it up to front of the line...I pulled up on the scale got weighed in, and the lady told me to pull straight down and unload your ten... So I did, once I got down there, I was instructed to back my trailer up to the pile and then the guy comes and grabs 90% of my trailer load in one grab. I knew something wasn't right, but I left it up to the workers that work there to do ther job... So I pull back up to the front to get what little I have left check in and off my trailer... I ask the lady what about all the aluminum that was on my trailer, and she tells me that I should have had told him I didn't want to sell it that one should I pull it off there's nothing she can do they pulled off 280 lb of quote quote ten which only pays like 6 cents a pound versus t

I’m only reviewing them based on the purchasing a trailer axle and 3 tires and rims. After spending 1000, I have three bad tires and one destroyed room. Why? Because they only sell you a product and don’t care about the quality of what they sell. The tires not radial tires and rated C. Not really intended for the 5200lb axle I also bought. After driving the trailer to NY loaded, I blew one tire and after using the spare, it also is wearing on the same spot on the spare and other tire. The person who sold me the tires stated they world be fine. Considering they are supposed to know about the products they sell, not so much.
