THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS COMPANY Original post: 1. Their spots are not big enough for suvs. 2. While the building management team is lovely, it is next to impossible to get ahold of the whereipark company for any helpful assistance. I cancelled my membership because they didn't have a spot that could fit an SUV. The wheripark company promised a refund that never came (I had to contest it through my credit card company in order to get what they promised). And they keep on charging me!
