He was difficult to work with and unresponsive to inquiries. After collecting a down payment from me, he made no progress on the project for months as verified by town hall, despite his claims that the project was in motion. I’ve been involved in court proceedings since May 2024 to get my money back. I won in small claims court and he still has yet to pay me as of July 2025.
