Jason at White Cap gave me a jump start to my car at Walmart 👍 a company that hires good people like this is a 10/10 in my book! Be like Jason! Give him a raise. He goes above and beyond to help your average Joe, expecting nothing in return. I can’t imagine how fantastic his customer service is.

I had called to get window well covers. I wasn't sure if this place only dealt with big contractors/builders, but the friendly lady on the phone assured me they help homeowners. On location, Mike was super helpful. He thought of a way to save me money on what I was purchasing by giving me other options. He even let me go back in the yard (with a florescent vest) to see other products.

The guy who unload the trucks has a rude attitude , asking dumb questions and made us wait while he was driving around the lift doing nothing …

Took a couple tools in for repair and I didn't hear back for over a month. Couldn't get them repaired for a decent price. Couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my tools. They have a great selection of tools but nothing was priced. So you have to ask the price of each individual tool.

Low class operation with high prices and limited selection. I don't go in for most items because inventory is limited. Pricing is the worst I have seen anyplace. In my 3 visits in the two years I have been disappointed every time. Today I paid $14 for an item that I consistently pay $10 for elsewhere and they didn't have basic tools I needed.
