We paid in full to have our 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug professionally cleaned. When the rug was returned, we were not satisfied with the cleaning, and Wade agreed that it would be re-cleaned. He picked the rug back up on November 5th and told us the process would take 2–3 weeks max. From that point forward, there were over five weeks of complete radio silence. Both my wife and I called and texted repeatedly during that time and received no communication whatsoever, despite the fact that he had possession of our rug. The only time we heard back was after my wife stated that we would need to take formal action to have our property returned. At that point, he responded and later confirmed that the re-cleaning had not even begun during the five weeks our rug was in his possession.
