Whitney Peak Parking Garage

Don't waste your money on this parking garage, it's pricey to park, poorly managed, and not pedestrian friendly. I couldn't find one area to stand and walk on where a car coming or leaving wouldn't be either directly behind me or very close to my side. They have elevators but they're not on the ends there's just one on the far end and the stairway. If your coming in the stairway is closed so you have to walk to the front and walk up from there or walk over to the left of the garage to take the 🛗 elevator. If your not going to be there for very long it's going to be 7.00 your better off paying the 2.00 for (I Believe 3 hours)at the parking meters. Id definitely recommend the Parking Gallery garage at 135 N. Sierra where parking is usually 3.00 for I believe 2-3 hours and where stairways an

Parking in this garage is safer than parking on the street, but it’s under poor management and it’s dirty. Stairs smells like urine. Elevator looks bad. Trash on the floor. Construction stuff abandoned on the side of the entrance. Homeless person sleeping by the building. The gate and the payment machine are always broken. It’s a big contrast when you compare to the hotel’s fancy lobby. Lots of parking available. EV charging station is available at the second floor. Whitney Peak hotel guests can validate the parking ticket at the front desk.

Dated and dirty. For the price/luxury of the hotel. How nice the hotel is, it's surprising to see how old this garage is. It's dirty. Smell of urine in the stair well, the poor lighting at night and it doesn't feel very secure. The whole place feels in need of a updating/ remodeling.

Great location but the garage is falling apart structurally. Been parking in it one year, weekly and I see the cracks and exposed rebar. One day, maybe soon? It fall down and go Boom.

The design of this parking lot is that in which only expects 1 way through traffic. That doesn't happen in a parking garage. Also there is a space where no one can park on the 4th floor but there is more parking on the above floors but no one will ever tell you that.
