Tony and his crew did a thorough and professional job insulating the attic. The work was completed cleanly and to a high standard. He responded promptly, proposed a comprehensive long-term solution, and did not attempt to upsell unnecessary services. Pricing was fair and transparent.

He was quick to return my inquiry call and schedule installation of attic insulation. I was told it would take all day and maybe part of a second day. He came as scheduled. (At this point I would have rated him 5 stars.) However, he was in and out within about 3-4 hours, completing the job which leads me to believe I was over charged. He told me he was going to come back to install a lock/latch for the attic opening. I never heard from him again. I made several attempts to contact him. Because of this, I would not hire him again, nor could I recommend him to others.

I had Tony bring my insulation up to current recommended spec. He was very prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and explained what he does and his experience. Once he came out he gave me detail on what was needed and had a quote back to me the next day. His pricing was very competitive and we were able to get the job on the books immediately. He also was able to get me scheduled quickly due to a change in his schedule and worked with my needs. Him and his team made quick work of the job and made sure I understood what they did. He covered everything with tarps and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend Whole House Insulation to anyone considering using them.

Our family could not be happier with the service provided by Tony and his team. From the first call, to the estimate to the job completion he was easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and offered a quick turnaround time to completion. His team did exactly what they promised during the estimate (which was well below some of the crazy quotes we received) and left our 100 year old house as clean as when they entered and more comfortable that it's ever been.

Tony gave us a fair quote and did work within a week. Our house feels a lot warmer now. We will definitely hire Whole House Insulation again for future projects
