I have mixed feelings on writing this review. We like the flooring itself. When the floor was first installed, the only complaint we had was on the door trim being too short. But within a month, there were cracks in some of the planks as well as some planks shifting, leaving gaps. After messaging the owner about the cracks (which became much worse, plus new chips) a few times over a couple years, I finally messaged again, indicating how bad it had all gotten. Dave sent out the same floor installer to replace the bad planks. Turns out the installer didn't make sure the subfloor was properly prepped for flooring the first time around. We are grateful the company replaced a bunch of the flooring and at his own expense (which was obviously the right thing to do). However, this new work had man

These guys were the flooring subcontractor for overall work being done on repairs to our home by Wasatch Pro Services. Worked with Dave on picking out the new carpet and he was great. Even put up with our crazy kids all horsing around the sample floor. The two gentlemen that came out to our house for the removal of old carpet and new installation were super efficient and fast. They knocked out the basement and stairs in an afternoon and it really looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would! They did such a good job, were patient with my crazy schedule, and were so pleasant to work with. They are fair and they are honest! After they installed my carpet, there was a piece that got ruined. They booked me in quickly, removed the carpet that was ruined, and patched it! You can’t even tell that anything ever happened! Keep up the good work my friends! I will refer them to everyone I know!

We've used Flooring Factory for a few carpet jobs and they have been great. Very reasonable prices and great installation. We will use them again.

My experience with Wholesale Flooring Factory had great service and there was lots of variety to choose from. The owner also seemed honest and hard-working to get our flooring done in respectable time
