Wholesome Pool and Spa

I had a great experience with WPS from the start to finish. I already knew what spa I wanted but the additional detail provided was more than I expected. I didn't go to the showroom, so all of the information was by phone. The owner, service staff and installation group were all very helpful, organized and professional. Purchase and installation were completed on time and with no major issues. Any additional items were addressed by staff or by bullfrog technical support. Great Experience

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I can’t let my neighbors get taken advantage of. As other reviews show, this place is completely unprofessional. I hired them for a pool opening, and right away they dumped all the leaves and debris from the cover straight into my pool — then had the nerve to try and charge me for cleaning it. My water was clear when I removed the cover after winter, but they left it a disgusting mess. If I wanted all that junk dumped in, I could have done it myself. Isn’t that the whole point of paying for “professional” service?! To make matters worse, they flat-out lied, claiming my pump housing was cracked when it wasn’t. Then they quoted me nearly $700 for a part that costs about $200 everywhere else. When I questioned it, the owner shrugg

I bought a Dolphin Active 60 pool cleaner that stopped working after 2 years. The warranty is for 3 years. I brought it in to have it fixed, and the service text said it would be $75 non refundable charge for this. I called around to other pool companies and they said if you bought it from use, we wouldn't charge the $75. Needless to say, I will not buy from them again. I think a company should not charge for this if you bought it from them.

We called to have our pool closed and on short notice Joe and Pat came out and did a wonderful job of closing the pool. They were professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service they provided.

I stopped in summer 2014, they were having a great sale on in stock pools. I spoke to the manager. I believe she was the granddaughter. I told her what I needed, she had me there over 2 hours. I received my quote and she was going to call me the following Monday with a price on an extra item I wanted for the pool. She never called. I waited a few days and called them. Had to leave a message. I never heard back from her or anyone else. Very pool customer service and I wasn’t even a customer yet. I didn’t complain about price or availability. I suggest others search elsewhere as this leaves a bad feeling about buying from them.
