Serving on the board of our HOA and as a electrical engineer (I deal with electricians daily), Im blown away by the lack of professionalism and service WIL-CAL provides. The following are MAJOR problems we had that were major factors in canceling their contract: 1 - Workers on many occasions would show up, sit in their trucks and leave. When management was questioned of what work was completed those days we could never get a straight answer. 2 - We had a service contract and lighting spec with WIl-CAL. All bulbs must follow our spec but on countless occasions they used incorrect wattage, color temperature, and even bulb type! When we would complain they would state “the electrican didn’t have it on their truck” or a similar excuse. This would be acceptable IF WIL-CAL would remove the inc
