I had irrigation installed by Wilcox Brothers Sep 4. At the end of the day the technician was unable to get the Rainbird app working. "Someone will get back to help". No contact.... Sep 29 - City inspection. Oct 6 -Irrigation meter installed. Oct 7- I installed the Rainbird 2.0 app myself but was unable to get the system working. October 8- Contacted Wilcox brothers. Next appointment to troubleshoot is October 28, but was put on a waiting list if any earlier appts available. Thus far I have had two neighbors inquire about my irrigation. I have not recommended based on Quality: unknown. Customer servicer: 4/10 Oct 8 - Was contacted by Wilcox Brothers about my irrigation. As a PR1 customer, there was an initial misunderstanding regarding my previous rating of 1. However, this is now in the past. I received excellent service from both the offer manager and one of the technicians. The office manager and the other technician were also professional, polite, and courteous, and they ensured the service was handled well. I'm very happy that everything was ironed out and back on track. Looking to working with them again in 2026.

Ryan and his assistant came out to repair a leak and also provide an evaluation of our current system. Ryan did an excellent job and provided some excellent recommendations. He’s very knowledgeable and an asset to their company. I would highly recommend the evaluation.

Eli and his team did a good job restructuring my irrigation after I installed a cement patio. The entire backyard had to be moved around. Their pricing is reasonable and they are honest about the amount of work and # of hours/ supplies being billed. Eli also educated me on some drainage and other things about my home that was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Awesome job connecting a spigot to our irrigation system for water hoses. Added a PVC union to our back flow to protect freezing in winter months. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Never hesitate to call them for our irrigation needs. If you want quality work you will call Wilcox Brothers
