We had the best experience with William Stone and Tile. I originally walked into their showroom on a whim just to see what they had to offer. Luanne greeted me and immediately took the time to help me find some samples to take home and think over. She had me sold before I even knew what it was going to cost me. From there, things moved rather quickly! The personalized level of customer service we experienced throughout the entire process did not go unnoticed. Every step of the way the communication was great so we knew exactly what to expect. Pricing was better than what we would have paid at a big box store and their lead time for installation was only a couple weeks. They subcontract their work and do not honor their warranty. One of their employees Dave was rude as hell and condescending to my wife throughout the entire process and screwed up the templates causing an extra 2 days of delay in our instal meaning we had to eat out for that entire time with out any compensation. Shortly there after the seam split and they chalked it up as settling that wasn’t their fault even though they didn’t reinforce anything at all; also they blew off the backsplash separating from the countertop, they wouldn’t even return our calls to come look at it. Stay far away from them and their shoddy work. Update (01Feb2024): They replied on here saying that they’d been in contact with us and we were taken care of, that is an outright lie!
