Be prepared for delays, completion of work to not match original design, and plan for additional expenses. This company is pretty vocal about their primary line of business being builders, and my explanation of leaving a review didn't seem to mind the staff. My experience led to me pay to a contractor to baby sit the group, manage multiple mistakes, and about 10k in additional expenses. The cabinets look good, but it was a headache to get there.

Williams Cabinets made and installed all the cabinets in our new home in 2011. Everytime I've looked at them over the past five years I've been reminded how poorly they were made. From the inconsistent staining to the wonky hanging doors and hardware that keeps falling off, it's probably the worst craftsmanship I've ever seen. And I feel like we are stuck with them. We were finally able to get one of the drawer fronts restrained after it faded in the first month. But that was such a chore and the representative from the company was so condescending and uncooperative, I will never use them for work again. I'm shocked they remain in business. Must be the good ole boy network.

My very picky wife LOVED them. Some of the best people we dealt with during our house build. Great quality, great people.
