Mike is the best. He is a professional with a lot of experience. He is a pleasure to work with and you can be sure you are getting a great job. Our master bath remodel and custom shower is beautiful. I wouldn't use any one else.

We were very disappointed with our experience with Willis Flooring. I had chosen a Core-tech flooring based on the sample furnished by the company. The numbers all matched, but when the product came, it did not match the sample.. Our bathroom has two small rooms and the tiles that came were huge rectangles that overwhelm the space. They did not look the same size or pattern as the sample. We expressed our concerns to Mr Willis and his only response was to pay a 30% restocking fee plus a $75 shipping fee and reorder.It would have cost us over $200 just to return the flooring and then we would have had to reorder. No apologies, no effort to work with us, basically, no customer service at all. If you do business with this company, just be sure you can see what you are getting or you wil

They promised to come to the house for an estimate for some tile work and shower work that I needed done after they got through with my neighbors home and they never showed up as promised. This tells me that they will not do what they say they are going to do. And this was the owner that promised to come. They must have too much business. Buyers be careful with this company.

This place was recommended when we moved in town and they have a fabulous selection and Katie was awesome to work with as was Rene, who comes out and measures and gives you suggestions and what you should do! Cannot wait to get the project underway next week!
