Ordered kerosene for my house Feb 14. And they delivered it that day because I told them I was almost empty which I appreciated. However I told them I wanted kerosene and made sure to specify that because I used heating oil last 2 years and I had to have this company (Willison) work on my furnace twice. And Willison didn't fix it twice. They charge me twice. But they didn't fix it. I had another company Anderson HVAC come and they told me that Willison did not replace the nozzle on my furnace that they told me they had replaced. Fast forward to yesterday their driver decided to deliver me heating oil, he decided to cross out kerosene on the order form which said Kerosene and deliver heating oil without knocking on my door and asking.
