Had Jason today to fix our brand new dryer that broke. Didn’t have a dryer for days due to the snow storm. Jason was everything you want to have in a tech. Appointment was for 11a-3pm and he was able to come by 930! It was super helpful not having to wait around all day. Jason was personable, polite, incredibly present to speak with and professional. Best of all Jason was knowledgeable and fast. He didn’t waste time and got our dryer up and running in minutes. Jason was the perfect tech and I definitely be requesting him should I need any repair work in the future. 11/10

Today (KEN) the technician who came to replace my damage refrigerator door provided outstanding service. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure the new door was installed perfectly. It was a smooth and stress free experience thanks for his professionalism. Thanks Ken !!

The left front burner on my LG electric stove was not working. Ken, the service technician from Williston, came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the rotary switch, tested the stove thoroughly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Very satisfied with the service.

Technician DJ was punctual and arrived when expected. He was very knowledgeable and proficient in working with an LG Dryer, and quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He patiently explained to me the issue, and the part that was replaced. DJ was professional and courteous and truly cared about the customer’s experience. After our confirmed arrival window passed with no technician arrival I called the company to be informed no one was coming due to the technician calling out and we would need to reschedule. We had a 1 week old fridge that was not cooling. After waiting a week for this first appointment I was informed of a reschedule date another week out. We received no confirmation call the night before so in the morning we called to ensure a technician was coming and what the time frame would be. They stated between 8 and 11 am. At 10am we received a call stating our technician would not be coming because Samsung cancelled the request and we needed to find a different company. Upon calling Samsung we were told they never contacted this company to cancel th
