Our garage door spring suddenly cracked and we couldn't open out garage. After doing some research we found Will, and he had his son(service tech) here within an hour. And in 30min our garage was working. Great customer service and great quality work, and best price compared to others I spoke to. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM

Review: Will's Garage Doors Date: 12/26/24 Communication with company: email and text Will responded to my email request via their website within an hour (Christmas Eve). We scheduled an appointment for 12/26/24 between 8-9am. Communication was solid, and Will arrived at the agreed upon time. Will and his son did a great job diagnosing my garage door issues, offering different option fixes, and completing the job the same day with no hassle. I felt pricing was very fair, considering the time of year and this is the Bay Area! I would not hesitate to call them again for service as needed.

Will is super responsive and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The tech who worked on my garage door was very nice and professional. He did a great job and also shared with me tips on how to maintain the garage door. Very satisfied overall.

Will was honest, direct, and very good! I checked with a *lot* of repair folks to do garage door spring replacement and after a 5 minute call with Will, it was clear he knew his stuff, gave a simple quote, had the repair materials needed, and was able to do the work right away--same day in my case. Oh, and his price was the lowest I had seen. He got here on time, quickly made the repairs, looked everything else over, did some tuning/tweaking, gave me some suggestions for future upgrades and was highly professional and friendly.
