Winchester Construction Co. Inc

We live in a townhouse built in 2020 as the second owners. Since living in our Winchester built home we already have needed a new microwave, kitchen faucet, and replaced handrails. We have also experienced a faulty window that won't stay open, a refrigerator that trips the circuit breaker quite often, and now we have a leaking water pipe in the attic causing water damage in our son's room. There are also others minor problems with this property we have learned to live with. Not sure what this company is doing but building quality houses does not seem to be a priority if theirs.

We completed a major, multi-million dollar reconstruction this year (June 2023) with Winchester. Construction rarely goes as planned, and ours was no exception, but Winchester was great at helping us get past every bump in the road. It's rare to find folks who care as much as the Winchester team does when it comes to fine craftsmanship, and their subcontractor list is as strong as their in-house team. If you are ready to build at the finest level, Winchester is a go-to name.

The service manager was so helpful. I couldn’t believe how professional he was and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his help and the office staff also so nice! I would highly recommend.
