I always park here when I go to Santana Row. First 2 hours free and reasonable hourly rate after that. Good system to get in and out, no tickets. Love it!

Waited half an hour to get out of this parking garage. The payment system would be efficient if anyone used it, but instead everyone ends up lining up to pay at the gate.
The worst parking lot ive ever been. The signage its terrible. Badly designed. People drive into the lot and hold up the traffic.
It's a video and license plate system. It was fairly straightforward
