I had been getting estimates from companies for roofing & siding for my townhouse. I came across window doctor while on google, I called and they were able to have someone come out imminently the same day. John was awesome, he definitely knows the products in and out. John also went above and beyond to do demonstrations of how the window operates & how much heat will be staying in my house rather then it escaping through the old windows & siding, and vice versa with A/C.
