Ordered all new replacement windows through Window and Door Concepts. The manufacturer was Sierra Pacific. Great window! A few windows came in damaged via shipment and WDC made sure to get the replacement components ordered and fixed the windows when they came in. Would do business with them again.

Absolutely impossible to get any help here. If you are lucky, you may speak to someone briefly for them to say they will follow up with you, but I wouldn’t count on it. Unfortunately like several other businesses in this industry they have had a great past couple of years of business so they could care less about their service at this point. I ordered windows through 84 who then order them from Window and Door Concepts. 1 of the windows that was ordered 9 months ago still has not been received due to a shipping error with Window and Door Concepts. Multiple other issues that I am trying to resolve and move forward, but having zero luck doing so. I wouldn’t recommend either company to anyone at this point. Don was wonderful to work with in ordering our custom window. He has high integrity and is very helpful.

I don't even want to give him one star 4 hours to get loaded and I'm still not all the way loaded people on their phones doing nothing they stop loading me to load other trucks that come after me this place is a joke

My daddy had them guys out to look at their windows and give them a quote. Pushy, high priced. Went with another co.
