I couldn't be more disappointed with Window Genie! The quality of their work was very good, but their estimate was beyond misleading! The original estimate was for $179. When the crew arrived they told me the cost would be over $500! To say the least this was shocking! It was going to cost more than double the estimate! The movers had just arrived and it was not a time when I needed to be dealing with this kind of situation. The final cost was $481.50, and I had to skip having all of the basement windows washed to get the cost below $500! I would never ever recommend this company. I feel they were beyond deceitful and totally unwilling to give me a more reasonable price. In all my many years of living I have never ever been in this kind of a situation where I was deceived and taken
