Window Nation

This company will drive you crazy - I had called for an estimate and by the time they returned my call I had gone with another company Immediately i called them and asked to be removed I went elsewhere, but for over a month I’ve been receiving texts ( like 4 a day) as well as phone calls . I have asked several times to please take me OFF their calling list but still receive all hours to both texts and calls . Thank God I went with another company because they are enough to make you drink more! Goodness I’m perplexed as to how to STOP

Domenic Ford was so courteous and knowledgeable. He knew what I needed and handled all the questions I had with ease! Great worker. I highly recommend him!!!

I just received a call on Easter Sunday 4/20/2025 at 5:10 PM from a girl from Window Nation!!!!!! I will never ever do business with this company. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I was so upset. We were in the middle of an Easter egg hunt with our daughters.

I had to update my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Window Nation sent someone out (Brad). And he did a great job filling me in on their; company, windows, and install teams. He made sure to keep the meeting moving quickly, as he knew that he wasn't the first person to give me a quote. It was a much better experience then dealing with the call center. OLD REVIEW I tried to get an appointment for 12 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Since I work from home I tried to make an appointment during the week. They refused to make an appointment with me because my wife wouldn’t also be home. The need all decision makers at home to give you an estimate. In other words they are going to try to pressure you into making a decision before you have enough time to do more research.

After the windows were installed they left scrap metal all over our yard. I’m still finding it months later. The screens pop out to where my cats get out if they just lay in the window and my son who is 2 is able to pop the screen out. We have reached out to multiple people and were brushed off. Finally someone listened and told us they would get us screens that actually fit the windows. Weeks later (no urgency for safety here) they sent the same size screens out and now we’re here waiting again and unable to open our windows for safety reasons.
