Mark was a real pro and repaired our Andersen patio door quickly and expertly. Most definitely recommend Window Wiz and will call again should I need window and door work or installation.

Mark Smith with Window Wiz was wonderful! He immediately returned my call after I left a message explaining that the external lock on our Gliding Door was trapping us inside our basement. He grasped the problem right away and worked out a time the next day to come out and look at it. He let us know that it may still be under warranty for labor since we had only had it about a year. He came at the time he said he would and immediately set to work on what looked to me to be a complicated task. He had to take the exterior lock off and exchange tiny parts and gears on the inside. He replaced that, installed a new latch that the company had sent me when I called them earlier about the problem, and adjusted everything so that the door worked perfectly.
