Window World of Long Island

This is the fifth time we’ve used Window World for our home improvement needs. They did our basement windows, replaced a bay window, fixed windows that needed repair (original non-Window World windows from before we moved in), installed an new fence, and now replaced windows that were installed in 1991. Aaron and Matt are always a pleasure to work. The installers that came, Jr. and Kenny, were punctual, professional, kind, and did exceptional work. They even helped to make sure I measured correctly for the new blinds we custom ordered. I would absolutely recommend Window World for any service they provide.

Had such a great experience having a window replaced that I came back to have my front door replaced as well. Matthew was attentive and helped me customize the door to fit my specifications, leaving no detail unattended to. The install was completed with an equal amount of care and attention to detail. Sal took care of everything in a diligent and delicate manner, seamlessly navigating some additional hiccups that the previous door’s poor installation had provided. Thank you, Window World for another great job and a beautiful new entry to my home!

I was really happy with my experience at Window World from start to finish. Matt gave me a very detailed quote on siding and windows. The price was reasonable and he put me at ease with the entire process, including the financing. The job was done in the time frame quoted. The pricing remained the same, and they did all the little things that would make for a better finished product (tucking/removing wires, repairing things that didn't need to be replaced, etc. Lastly, they cleaned up when they were done. This was a no stress situation from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the job. Lloyd came to the house today on a brutally unforgiving cold day to replace a defective window. He was on time, very professional and a genuinely nice guy who knew his business. Window World, to their credit, readily without any dispute honored the guarantee for the defective window. Lloyd and I think it was Nick in the office, were great representatives for the company and I feel very assured that my decision to trust my business with Window World was a solid choice!

My husband and I had a wonderfully professional experience working with Window World to swap out all of our windows. Working with the team from the consultation process to installation was nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. We were on a tight timeline of when we needed the windows to be installed and Tom and his team did everything possible to honor that for us. The installation team was efficient, diligent and courteous. No complaints and highly recommend!
